A 35-year technology industry veteran, Rob started his career as a Formula 1 test car driver, for Ferrari for 5 years. This start inspired his passion for building high-potential companies at a rapid pace.


Since then, Rob has steered the helm of several technology companies as President and CEO, most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer for SilverSky.

With a contemporary understanding of the digital landscape, Kurt has worked in multiple high-growth technology startups across the United States and Europe developing sales and go-to-market strategies.


More recently, Kurt serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer for Procreate London, a creative solutions provider and the VP of Sales, for a FinTech startup, called AssetPass.

Craig, CloudBolt's CEO, brings 20+ years of tech leadership. Formerly CEO at WhiteHat Security, he transformed the company's culture, fueling global expansion and successful acquisition by NTT Security and Synopsys.


Prior roles at TIBCO Software and HP Enterprise’s Networking Division. Based near Seattle, he enjoys hiking in the Pacific Northwest with his wife of 29 years.

Applications, and Security Solutions and collaborates closely with leading Cyber Security Vendors to provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges for clients in both public and private sectors.

Sean, a seasoned sports development professional with diverse experience spanning professional sports, collegiate athletics, and non-profit sectors, is the founder of Phambili.


With a strategic and innovative mindset, he has successfully led elite organizations and athletes in social impact strategies, program development, and community engagement, leveraging the power of sports for positive change.

Matt is also the Founder of Procreate London, a creative agency that helps make the complex simple through creative output and branding.

Joel Comer, Managing Director at Piper Sandler's financial services group, has extensive experience. Formerly a principal at Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P., he specialized in asset liability management and strategic business planning for commercial banks.


Joel also ran operations for Sandler O'Neill Mortgage Finance Corp, handling client relations and structuring mortgage securitizations. With a background at Bear Stearns & Company, he later expanded Sandler O'Neill's West Coast presence in San Francisco.

Peter Kuper, an experienced finance and technology expert, brings over 25 years of investment banking, venture capital, and security analysis experience to the team, having led numerous large IPOs that raised over $4 billion in investment capital.


He was most recently the Managing Director of the $800 million ClearSky Venture Capital firm, where he invested in and served as a Board Director for next-generation technology start-ups.

Grant serves on advisory boards, including Congressman Honda's Blue Ribbon Security Board, and is a sought-after keynote speaker for major media outlets and events. His international business expertise spans Asia, Latin America, Europe, Eastern Europe, the UK, and the US.

Ian Vickers, METCLOUD's founder since 2017, has led the organization to become a highly secure and award-winning cybersecurity platform. Under his guidance, METCLOUD has grown into a multi-million pound venture, with plans for international expansion in 2024.

In addition to his entrepreneurial success, Ian actively contributes to the community. He has chaired the Birmingham Related Crime Steering Group and served on the boards of the Birmingham Community Safety Partnership and the West Midlands Crime Partnership. Ian was a key figure in establishing and leading the West Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre.

Mark, appointed Chairman of Avid Bank in February 2007 and CEO in March 2012, brings over 30 years of financial services, real estate, and diverse business experience to the Bank. Founder of California Bavarian Corporation in 1991, he later established CBC Properties, LLC, a full-service real estate investment organization.


Mr. Mordell is an advisory board member for MMM Management, Inc., and actively contributes to community organizations such as Stanford University, Peninsula Bridge, Sacred Heart Preparatory School, and The Town of Portola Valley. He holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University, where he played football for four years.

David Hallam is a seasoned business executive, entrepreneur, and investor with over 30 years of invaluable experience in the IT sector. His remarkable journey includes founding and successfully selling his own business to a global FTSE company in 2010, a testament to his entrepreneurial acumen and strategic foresight.

During his tenure, David played a pivotal role in steering the group's exponential growth, elevating its market cap from £70 million to a staggering £1 billion. With a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities, he has been instrumental in numerous business acquisitions, leveraging his expertise to help small and medium-sized enterprises transition into larger organizations.

Andrew, Chairman of the Paradigm Group of Companies, brings over 35 years of international search and selection experience, helping some of the world’s leading technology companies identify and hire the right talent. His expertise ensures that businesses make the right investments in people, which is critical for their success. Paradigm has partnered with notable companies such as Synoptics, 3Com, Alcatel, Motorola, Juniper Networks, NetApp, Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, and many other pre-IPO startups.

An avid sports enthusiast, Andrew has played semi-professional rugby and is a qualified ski instructor. He has been involved in grassroots sports and fundraising for over 30 years. Additionally, he is deeply engaged in motorsport, collaborating with Robin Donovan, a 14-time former Le Mans 24-hour driver.

Daichi has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry and start-up ecosystem in Japan, specializing in investment, M&A, and new business development in Finance, IT, and digital marketing. Currently, he is a partner at SDG Impact Japan, where he focuses on building platforms to invest in innovative startups and projects promoting sustainability in areas such as decarbonization, agriculture, and the food sector.


His previous roles include working at Strategic Value Partners, a US-based hedge fund, and BASF Venture Capital, the CVC arm of a German chemical company. He also served as a technical advisor for microfinance at Positive Planet, an international NGO founded by French economist Jacques Attali.

As Senior Executive Officer at ReNet Japan Group, Daichi played a key role in launching the company’s overseas business.

As President and CEO of OptiMedica Corporation, he revolutionized care standards in retina, glaucoma, and cataract, leading the company through development, multiple financing rounds, and its acquisition by Abbott Laboratories in 2013.

Beginning his career at Greishaber and Company, Inc., Forchette advanced to Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing, guiding the company through its acquisition by Alcon. At Alcon, he became Vice President of Vitreoretinal Sales and Global Marketing, significantly increasing market share for the retina portfolio.
